Our Commitment to Warranty
Watree Homes provides a limited one (1) year Builder’s Warranty that covers a wide array of the items throughout your home as covered in your Homeowner’s Manual provided to you at closing.
This service has become very helpful in keeping the need for warranty requests to a minimum as your new home transitions into an occupied dwelling and you become familiar with all of the homes’ features.
In addition, we also offer a Maintenance Review period 11 months after your closing to insure that all warrantable item repairs have been completed before the one (1) year warranty period concludes. Just simply document any warrantable items that have not been corrected prior to the end of the first year of occupancy and send them in as outlined below.
We also enroll each home in the Bonded Builders Warranty Program which offers limited warranty on your home’s mechanical systems for two (2) years and structural items for 10 years.

Request Warranty Service
We know sometimes issues arise that just can’t wait until a scheduled Maintenance Review. Watree Homes is committed to providing a swift answer to such a problem. Before you submit a Warranty Request please review the two questions below to determine how to go about getting the problem resolved:
- Is the item warrantable? Please check the provided Homeowner’s Manual to determine if the item is covered by the Builder’s Warranty.
- Is the item covered by a manufacturer warranty? Most appliances are covered under a manufacturer warranty. Phone numbers have been provided in your Homeowner’s Manual for local repair companies able to perform warranted repairs. If you cannot locate these numbers please email us to request these phone numbers.
Once you have determined a Warranty Request is needed we ask that you submit the request in writing. This enables us to keep a record of all of the items so that we may better serve you. Once we receive your written request we will contact you to confirm the receipt. A Customer Relations Representative will arrange a visit to your home to evaluate the situation and determine what course of action should be taken.
